How about an extra hole in one ear? I've got a couple extra on one side (and yet never wear earrings at all...).

Glad your musical cars worked out. If it had been me, I'd have had to take a day off work and sit at the repair place. Another reason to ALWAYS have knitting with you. :)

Did you get the alignment checked? Generally if tire wear is more prominent on one side it means the alignment is out of whack...

Tires - a lot of right turns? Or the alignment like Wen suggested.

That earring would make a beautiful marker, or maybe a dangle on a book thong?

do you do a lot of parallel parking? passenger side always ends up against the curb?

Alas about the earing! I bet you can turn the survivor into a stitchmarker... Bummer about the tires - I had to buy a full set last fall, so I can relate. The car handled a LOT better over the winter, so it was definitely worth it.

Definitely sorry about the new shoes. Them are never cheap. And sorry about the lost earring. It is cute and I doubt it would be very hard to turn into a stitch marker (or two or three)

AS I read about your single earring, stitch-markers immediatley came to mind! Vehicles do indeed have expensive taste in shoes. Who is your mechanic/tire guy? We go to Romeo's.
